Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation, modification, or changes (including products, quantity, or coupon codes) will be allowed.
Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Returns / Replacements Eligibility

Products are eligible for replacement or refund only in the following cases:
• Damaged product
• Wrong product received
• Missing item

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

An uncut parcel opening video (without any cut or pause) is mandatory for all claims.
Claims without a proper opening video will not be considered.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Product must be returned within 2 days of delivery approval

Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Returned products will undergo a quality check (QC) after receipt.
Refund or replacement will be initiated only after QC approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
